Vision Net's 24 x 7 Technical Assistance Center is seeking candidates with strong customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot dialup, DSL, email, and network connections in various Windows and Macintosh operating systems. Applicant should have accurate typing skills, enjoy talking with people, and be friendly and courteous. Available shifts may include days, nights, or weekends. Our company offers excellent wages and benefits to its employees with growth potential from within the company. We are looking for career minded individuals with an eye towards advancement.
Qualifications
Accurate typing and strong customer service skills are a must.
Computer and help desk experience as well as Mac, Linux, and networking skills are a plus.
