The Technical Support Specialist (TSS) position is in our Technical Assistance Center, which offers high quality support services to subscribers of a variety of telecommunications companies. We are seeking an individual who loves technology, enjoys working with different software, is successful at troubleshooting and problem-solving, and thrives on providing great customer service.
Work Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Must be able to work various shifts for our 24/7 operation.
Research for technical solutions to resolve customers' issues
Read, analyze and interpret technical documents
Follow instructions including completing proper documentation
Communicate effectively and professionally to all customers
The ideal candidate must be able to:

Work independently and within a team
Provide exceptional customer service
Education: Some post-secondary schooling preferred
