Customer Support Specialist
Duties to include assisting clients with technical trouble-shooting, both on-line and over the telephone
On-the-job training is provided
Must have strong customer service and effective communication skills
Must be detail-oriented, enjoy helping people, and demonstrate a friendly, patient, and courteous attitude
Computer skills and help desk experience are a plus
